When I tap my card it just shows a reference number?

Your card is already activated, simply sign into your Adapt ID account using the details you used when you purchased your card, then go to cards to edit your card.

Do you replace faulty cards?

Yes, all cards are guaranteed against faulty chips and would be replaced FOC. All cards are tested prior to leaving our print studio. We have yet to replace a card because of chip failure.

How many times can I change the details on my cards?

As many times as you like, simply sign into your Adapt ID account then go to cards to update your details.

Can I have more than one URL link on my profile?

Yes, but this is chargeable, please visit our corporate charging page.

Yes, you can, our corporate discount packages commence at 25 cards and above.

How do I find an invoice from a previous order?

You are able to download a previous order invoice in PDF format from in your account here.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking information. During these uncertain times, we are working closely with Royal Mail to try and ensure that your delivery is with you as soon as possible. However there may sometimes be a slight delay for reasons out of our control, so please bear with us and allow a little longer for your order to arrive.
